Order Cancellation

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible so your products reach your family without delay.

If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped or handed to our logistics partner, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, our Refund and Return Policy will apply.


Refund and Return Policy

We stand behind every product in our shop. That's why we offer a 90-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Unused Products: Items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase to qualify for a full refund. Please note that Expedited Shipping and Shipping Protection are non-refundable once an order has been fulfilled.

Used or Damaged Products: We do not accept physical returns for used or damaged items, but we do process refunds in these cases. Please reach out to us at support@faith-path.co and include:

  • The number of affected items
  • Photographic proof of the condition

Special Offers and Add-On Return Policy

If you received an exclusive add-on offer after your initial purchase, please note the following before requesting a return:

  • Special promotional pricing is only available to customers who maintain their original purchase
  • The discounted add-on price is tied to your initial order remaining active
  • Returning your original order means the special pricing on add-ons no longer applies

Your return options for orders with add-ons:

  • Return the add-on only, while keeping your original purchase
  • Return both the original purchase and the add-on together
  • You may not return the original purchase while keeping the discounted add-on, as its pricing was dependent on the original order

This policy allows us to keep offering meaningful discounts to our Faith Path families.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To begin a return, contact us at support@faith-path.co and we'll guide you through the process. Please do not send any items back without prior approval β€” unapproved returns will not be accepted. Also, please avoid sending packages that require a signature upon pickup, as this may delay processing.

Rejected or refused deliveries will not be refunded or reshipped. If your order fails to deliver, reach out to us and we'll arrange a free reshipment. If the second delivery attempt also fails, we will not be able to offer a further reshipment or refund.

Please note: We are unable to issue refunds for chargeback orders. All items, including any free gifts, must be returned to qualify for a full refund.


Damaged Product

Every product at Faith Path is chosen with care β€” but we know that damage during transit can occasionally happen. If your order arrives defective or damaged, please email us at support@faith-path.co within 90 days of delivery, including photographic proof. We will gladly offer you a free replacement or a full refund.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, simply return your current order once approved, and place a new order for the item you'd like. Please note that return and exchange shipping costs are not covered by Faith Path.


Wrong Address Entered During Order

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We can update your address if you contact us before the order is shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes β€” however, you can contact the shipping carrier directly to request a redirect. If your order was shipped via USPS, the USPS Package Intercept service may be available to you.


Item Lost or Stolen After Delivery

If your package was successfully delivered but has since gone missing or been stolen, Faith Path cannot be held responsible. We strongly recommend providing a secure delivery location. Any refunds or replacements in this situation are at our sole discretion.

We advise contacting your local post office and filing a report with local authorities, as they may be able to assist in recovering your package.
